Week Two Recap
This week, we were reminded that everything God has entrusted to us is a gift. And while He wants us to enjoy His blessings, He also invites us to see how those blessings can make a difference in the lives of others.
Here's what we heard: GENEROSITY BEGINS WITH THE HEART. FOR OUR CITIES is about more than what we give. It's about who we're becoming as we learn to reflect the heart of Jesus, the most generous King who ever lived.
WHAT WE HAVE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO LOVE OTHERS. God has provided for us, not just for our own enjoyment, but so that we can help others experience His love and hope.
KEEP OUR EYES ON JESUS. This journey is bigger than any one of us. As we surrender our plans, our resources, and our lives to Him, we trust God to do what only He can do.
As we continue FOR OUR CITIES, our prayer is that God would shape our hearts, deepen our faith, and help us see the people around us through His eyes.
It's not just about what God can do through us. It's about what He's doing in us.
